Virtually all modern hard drives have a problem with the rapid corrosion of internal contacts group, connecting the drive electronics with the motor and the writing heads. Unfortunately, most disk manufacturers deliberately stopped gilding these contacts, aiming to speed up the planned obsolescence. Faced with a large number of such failures, we found the optimal solution to this problem. Contacts on all disks in computers assembled by our company are soldered with silver-bearing solder, which completely prevents this phenomenon, immensely increasing the reliability of the disks and the data integrity.
